Gehoorbescherming koptelefoon Cimco 140274 hoofdbeugel zwart geel

The Cimco 140274 Head-band Black Yellow hearing protection headphones are designed to reduce ambient noise in industrial and DIY environments. The over-the-head design balances weight across the head, and the cushioned ear cups form a seal to lower sound levels. Constructed for repeated daily use, these headphones combine a clear, purposeful aesthetic with functional components aimed at minimizing exposure to hazardous noise.

Advantages

These hearing protection headphones offer effective passive noise attenuation through foam-filled ear cups and a firm head-band pressure that helps maintain a consistent seal. The materials are chosen for durability and ease of cleaning after use in workshop or construction settings. The contrasting black and yellow finish improves visibility when stored on-site and assists in quick identification among other personal protective equipment.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Use in manufacturing and assembly lines to protect operators from continuous machinery noise
• Construction sites and renovation work where intermittent loud impacts occur
• Workshops and garages for protection during power tool operation
• DIY tasks at home that produce sustained or sudden high noise levels

Key specifications

• Head-band style designed for balanced weight distribution
• Cushioned ear cups with foam lining for passive noise reduction
• Adjustable sizing to fit a range of head dimensions
• Durable plastics and fabrics for repeated daily use
• High-visibility black and yellow color scheme

How to use

Place the head-band over the top of the head and lower the ear cups so that they fully cover the ears. Adjust the head-band until the ear cushions sit flush against the skull and form a continuous seal around each ear. For optimal protection ensure there is no gap between the cushion and the skin, and remove or adjust eyewear or other headgear that may break the seal. Inspect the cushions for damage before use and replace them if the foam or lining is compromised.

Recommendations

Use these headphones as part of a broader hearing conservation approach: combine with administrative controls, regular breaks from noisy tasks, and periodic hearing checks. Clean ear cushions regularly with a mild detergent solution and allow them to dry completely before reuse. Store the headphones in a dry, dust-free location away from direct sunlight to preserve materials.
