GoodConnections RNS® Cat. 6A S/FTP patchkabel met vergrendelingsbescherming, halogeenvrij, magenta, 20m (8060-H200M)

Network administrators in data centers and enterprise offices often face the challenge of maintaining reliable 10 Gigabit connections in high-density patching areas. The GoodConnections RNS® Cat. 6A S/FTP patch cable solves this with robust shielding, a snagless latch protector, and a halogen-free jacket that meets strict fire safety regulations. This 20-meter magenta cable delivers consistent performance up to 500 MHz, making it ideal for demanding network infrastructure.

Key specifications

• Category: Cat. 6A (TIA/EIA-568-C.2, ISO/IEC 11801 compliant)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil per pair, PiMF)
• Frequency: 500 MHz, supports 10GBASE-T up to 100 m
• Length: 20 meters
• Colour: Magenta
• Jacket: Halogen-free (LSZH)
• Connectors: RJ45 male to RJ45 male, with RNS® latch protection
• Conductor: Stranded copper, backward compatible with Cat.6/5e/5

Why choose it

The RNS® latch protection prevents accidental disconnection and damage to the locking tab, a common failure point in frequent moves, adds, and changes. The S/FTP construction with PiMF virtually eliminates alien crosstalk, ensuring error-free transmission even in bundles of cables. The halogen-free jacket emits low smoke and no toxic halogens in case of fire, protecting people and equipment.

Ideal use cases

• Data center server-to-switch connections
• High-speed workstation links in offices
• PoE applications up to 10 Gbps
• Structured cabling in public buildings requiring LSZH

Good to know

This cable is fully backward compatible with existing Cat.6, Cat.5e, and Cat.5 networks, allowing gradual upgrades. The stranded conductors provide flexibility for easy routing in tight spaces. The magenta colour aids in quick identification of network segments. Each cable is individually tested to meet Cat.6A performance standards.
