HDMI-splitter VivoLink VLHDMISP1X2-8K 1x2, ondersteunt tot 8K@60Hz

The VivoLink VLHDMISP1X2-8K HDMI splitter duplicates one HDMI source to two independent displays while supporting resolutions up to 8K at 60Hz. The device accepts a single HDMI input and provides two mirrored HDMI outputs, allowing the same video and audio signal to be presented simultaneously on two screens without altering source settings. Its compact design and plug-and-play operation make it suitable for home theater setups, meeting rooms and digital signage installations that require high-resolution distribution.

Advantages

This HDMI splitter supports high-bandwidth video up to 8K@60Hz, preserving image clarity and motion detail for compatible sources and displays. It outputs identical audio and video to both connected displays, simplifying multi-screen setups and eliminating the need for repeated source switching. The device is designed for straightforward installation and stable signal transmission, reducing configuration time and potential compatibility issues. Its compact housing allows flexible placement near AV equipment or inside cabinets.

Suitable for

• Home theaters requiring ultra-high-resolution distribution
• Conference rooms and meeting spaces with dual displays
• Retail and public digital signage applications
• Presentation setups where identical content is needed on two screens

Key specifications

• Input/Output: 1 HDMI input, 2 HDMI outputs
• Maximum resolution: up to 8K at 60Hz
• Supported formats: standard HDMI video and multi-channel audio passthrough
• Compatibility: works with HDMI sources and displays that support up to 8K@60Hz

How to use

Connect an HDMI cable from the source device (such as a media player, gaming console or PC) to the splitter’s HDMI input, then connect HDMI cables from the two splitter outputs to the respective displays. Power the splitter if external power is required, and set the displays to the correct HDMI input. The splitter mirrors the source signal to both outputs; verify that source and display devices support the desired resolution and refresh rate to achieve 8K@60Hz performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use high-quality HDMI cables rated for the required bandwidth, ensure source and displays support the target resolution and refresh rate, and place the splitter away from strong electromagnetic interference. If 8K@60Hz is not achieved, check cable specifications, update display firmware where available, and confirm that the source is configured to output the desired resolution.
