IP-beveiligingscamera EZVIZ H8c 2K dome 2304 x 1296 pixels

The EZVIZ H8c 2K Dome (2304 x 1296) is an outdoor IP security camera designed to deliver 360-degree coverage in 2K resolution. Compact and weatherproof, it supports both wired and wireless connectivity and can be mounted on ceilings or walls. The camera offers person detection, auto-tracking, two-way audio, active defense with siren and spotlights, and removable mounting base for easier installation. Storage options include a local microSD card (up to 512 GB) or EZVIZ cloud storage, and the device uses H.265 compression to reduce video file sizes.

Advantages

The camera provides full-area monitoring in 2K resolution with pan-and-tilt movement, enabling clear imaging of both large scenes and small details. Built-in person detection with auto-tracking reduces false alarms from pets or other moving objects, while active defense (siren and spotlight) deters intruders. Two-way audio lets you hear and speak with visitors through your smartphone. The H8c features robust Wi‑Fi with dual antennas and a weatherproof housing for reliable outdoor use, plus removable mount plate to simplify installation. H.265 compression lowers storage needs compared with H.264.

Use the app to view live video, receive person-detection alerts, communicate via two-way audio, and access recorded clips stored locally or in the cloud.

Recommendations

For optimal performance place the camera under eaves or on a protected wall to reduce direct exposure to severe weather. Position the camera so that common entry points and delivery areas are within its preset angles. Regularly check firmware updates via the EZVIZ App and use H.265 mode to save storage space. For long-term recording, choose a high-endurance microSD card up to 512 GB or subscribe to EZVIZ CloudPlay for encrypted cloud storage.
