How to use

Install the camera on a stable surface or mount it on a wall or ceiling where the field of view covers the area to be monitored. Connect the camera to your local network using Ethernet or the supported network method, then access the camera via its web interface or the Instar-compatible client to configure recording modes, motion detection sensitivity and alert settings. Assign storage options such as local network storage, NVR or cloud service and set schedules for continuous or event-based recording.

Recommendations

Position the camera at a height and angle that minimizes obstructions and maximizes the visible area. For best night-time performance, avoid placing strong light sources directly facing the lens and check motion detection sensitivity after installation to reduce false triggers from moving foliage or passing traffic.
