IP-camera Instar IN-9820 4K wit — 4K-resolutie, nachtzicht, bewegingsdetectie

Instar IN-9820 4K White is a network IP camera designed for fixed indoor or sheltered outdoor monitoring where high-resolution video and reliable night-time performance are required. The camera delivers 4K (ultra HD) video, integrated night vision, and built-in motion detection to capture detailed footage and provide event-driven alerts. It supports remote viewing and can be configured for continuous recording or event-based capture to suit different surveillance needs.

Advantages

The camera provides ultra-high definition 4K imaging for clearer identification of faces, license plates and fine details compared with lower-resolution models. Integrated infrared night vision enables monitoring in low-light or no-light conditions without additional lighting. Built-in motion detection reduces storage use by flagging or recording only when activity occurs, and remote viewing capability allows live access from mobile devices or desktop clients. The white housing offers a neutral appearance that blends with many indoor environments.

Suitable for

• Home interior monitoring (living rooms, entrances, hallways)
• Small office and retail surveillance
• Evidence capture for incident review and documentation
• Remote monitoring of secondary buildings or sheltered exterior areas

Key specifications

How to use

Mount the camera securely at the chosen location, ensuring the lens has an unobstructed view of the area to be monitored. Connect the camera to power and the local network according to the manufacturer’s wiring instructions, then complete initial setup via the supplied configuration software or web interface. Adjust image settings such as resolution, exposure and infrared behavior, and configure motion detection zones and sensitivity to match the monitored environment. Set recording preferences for continuous recording or event-triggered capture and verify remote access from your mobile device or desktop client.

Recommendations

Position the camera at a height and angle that minimizes backlight and maximizes facial or object visibility; verify night vision coverage by testing in low-light conditions. Use event-based recording combined with motion detection to conserve storage and review important incidents more efficiently. For outdoor or exposed installations, install the camera within a sheltered location or enclosure rated for the environment.
