Kabelkrimp- en striptang Cimco 12 0020 zwart

Cable Crimper Stripping Tool Cimco 12 0020 Black is a two-component cable stripping knife with changeable blades and a TiN-coated safety blade. The tool combines an ergonomic handle for improved control during stripping with a blade system delivered set for cable diameters 8–28 mm. It includes an adjustable inner blade for longitudinal and round cuts and a protected hooked blade with adjustable depth and an automatic protection mechanism to reduce the risk of slipping and accidental cuts.

Advantages

The design features replaceable blades that can be changed without additional tools, a titanium nitride (TiN) coated safety blade for extended wear resistance, and a two-component ergonomic body for secure handling. The adjustable and scalable inner blade and the protected hooked blade allow precise longitudinal and circular stripping operations. An automatic protection mechanism prevents unintentional blade exposure.

Suitable for

• Stripping round and jacketed cables with diameters between 8 and 28 mm
• Work requiring longitudinal and circular cuts on electrical cables
• Professional electrical installation and maintenance tasks
• DIY projects involving cable preparation

How to use

Place the cable in the stripping area aligned with the inner blade, set the blade depth to match the insulation thickness and perform the longitudinal or circular cut by rotating or drawing the tool along the cable. Replace blades by following the blade system release procedure without additional tools, and adjust the hooked blade depth as needed for the conductor exposure. Use the ergonomic grip to maintain control and steady pressure during each cut.

Recommendations

Inspect blades before use and replace them when dull. Always set the blade depth to the cable type and thickness to avoid damaging conductors. Keep hands clear of the blade path and store the tool with the safety blade covered. Use personal protective equipment where appropriate.
