Netwerkkabel ProXtend CAT5e RJ-45 stekker/stekker 1,5 m geel

The ProXtend CAT5e U/UTP CCA PVC Yellow 1.5M network cable is a 1.5 metre Ethernet patch lead with RJ-45 male connectors on both ends. Constructed with copper-clad aluminum (CCA) conductors of AWG 26, the cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and features gold-plated contacts and U/UTP design for typical LAN installations.

Advantages

This CAT5e cable provides a cost-effective connection option thanks to CCA conductors while maintaining compatibility with standard RJ-45 ports. The cable includes strain relief and latch protection for increased durability during installation and repeated handling. Its yellow jacket improves visibility in patch panels and cable runs.

Suitable for

• Home and small office Ethernet connections
• Patching between switches, routers and wall outlets
• Network setups requiring a 1.5 m cable length

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 male / RJ-45 male
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Conductor: Copper-clad aluminum (CCA), AWG 26
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded overall)
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Colour: Yellow
• Weight: 0.0426 kg

How to use

Connect each RJ-45 male connector to the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices (for example, a computer and a router or a switch and a wall outlet). Ensure the latch clicks into place to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and strain; use the built-in strain relief to reduce stress at the connector ends.

Recommendations

Use this ProXtend CAT5e cable for typical Gigabit Ethernet connections in home and small office environments. Avoid outdoor exposure, direct sunlight and prolonged moisture contact; for runs longer than 30–50 metres or for environments requiring higher shielding or pure copper conductors, select an appropriate cable type.
