Netwerkkabel ProXtend CAT6 RJ-45 U/UTP 7m wit

The ProXtend CAT6 U/UTP CCA Ethernet cable is a 7 m white cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Constructed with copper-clad aluminum (CCA) conductors of AWG 26, the cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks and a data transfer rate up to 1000 Mbit/s. The cable uses U/UTP shielding and gold-plated contacts to maintain reliable signal transmission and connection quality.

Advantages

This ProXtend CAT6 cable offers a cost-effective solution for Gigabit Ethernet connections thanks to its CCA conductors and standard CAT6 design. Reinforced strain relief and latch protection increase connector durability and help secure connections during installation. The white PVC jacket provides a clean appearance and basic mechanical protection.

Suitable for

• Wired home networks requiring Gigabit speeds
• Office desktop and patch cable connections
• Connecting routers, switches, modems, and networked devices
• Short to medium cable runs up to 7 meters

Key specifications

• Length: 7 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Conductor type: Copper-clad aluminum (CCA), AWG 26
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded pair with overall unshielded)
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Colour: White
• Weight: 0.16 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (router, switch, PC or modem) and the other RJ-45 plug to the destination device. Ensure plugs are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; use the built-in strain relief to reduce stress at the connector ends.

Recommendations

For optimal performance in Gigabit networks, keep cable runs within recommended lengths, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines, and inspect connectors for damage before use. CCA conductors provide a budget option; for installations where maximum copper conductivity is required, consider pure copper (CU) cables.
