Polti Vaporella 505_PRO stoomstrijkijzer PLEU0186

The Polti Vaporella 505_PRO is a high-pressure steam iron designed for effective, fast ironing at home. It combines an aluminium soleplate, a heated boiler and concentrated steam outlets at the tip to smooth creases efficiently. The unit includes safety features that prevent the cap from unscrewing while residual pressure remains in the boiler and a stable ironing mat with non-slip silicone inserts for secure pauses during use.

Advantages

The iron delivers steam at up to 3.5 bar from a 0.9 L boiler, producing powerful steam that penetrates fibres faster and enables vertical steaming and ironing of several fabric layers. The aluminium soleplate distributes heat evenly and is high-gauge to help glide over creases while a cork handle provides comfortable grip. Compact dimensions and a maximum power of 1750 W support quick heat-up and continuous performance.

Suitable for

• Household ironing of garments and linens
• Vertical steaming of hanging fabrics (curtains, dresses)
• Ironing several layers such as sheets and tablecloths
• Users who need a stable rest surface during ironing breaks

How to use

Use the steam function for stubborn creases or vertical steaming; concentrate steam and ironing movements toward the tip of the aluminium soleplate where steam outlets are concentrated. When pausing, place the iron on the supplied ironing mat with silicone inserts to keep the appliance stable. Do not attempt to unscrew the boiler cap while there may be residual pressure.

Recommendations

Follow the safety instructions in the user manual: allow the boiler to depressurise before opening, use distilled water if recommended by the manufacturer, and store the appliance upright after cooling. Regularly descale the boiler to maintain steam performance.
