Scart-kabel ShiverPeaks 98033-1SPP 1,5 m — AV-aansluiting voor audio-/videotoestellen

The ShiverPeaks Scart cable 98033-1SPP is a 1.5 m audio/video connection cable that provides a standard interface for connecting TVs, DVD players, set‑top boxes and other compatible audio/video devices. The cable employs a 21‑pin Scart connector to carry composite video, RGB (where supported by connected equipment) and stereo audio signals, enabling playback, recording and signal routing in a home entertainment setup.

Advantages

This Scart cable offers a standardized multi‑signal connection in a single lead, reducing cable clutter and simplifying device interconnection. Its 1.5 m length balances reach and cable management for typical living‑room installations. The multi‑pin Scart interface supports both composite and RGB video paths when devices are compatible, and carries left/right audio channels for stereo sound transmission.

Suitable for

• Connecting DVD players to televisions
• Linking set‑top boxes and legacy video devices to displays
• Transferring composite or RGB video signals between AV components
• Connecting recorders or VCRs for playback and recording tasks

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Connector type: 21‑pin Scart (male to male)
• Signal support: composite video, RGB (if supported by devices), stereo audio
• Use case: analog AV interconnection for consumer electronics
• Typical applications: playback, recording and signal routing in home entertainment systems

How to use

Insert each Scart plug securely into the Scart socket of the source and the display or recorder, ensuring correct orientation of the connectors. Select the appropriate input on the display device (for example AV or Scart) and configure the source device output mode if necessary to enable composite or RGB output. For recording, set the recorder input to the corresponding Scart source and verify audio levels and picture signal on the display before starting capture.

Recommendations

Use the cable in environments free of excessive bending or mechanical strain near the connectors. For best picture quality when RGB is desired, confirm both source and display support RGB over Scart and use the display’s native input settings. When extending reach beyond 1.5 m, consider signal quality and potential need for higher‑grade cabling or alternative interfaces.
