Tafelrouter TP-Link Archer AX1800 dual-band Wi-Fi 6

Archer AX23 is an AX1800 dual-band Wi‑Fi 6 router that delivers faster wireless speeds, reduced latency and increased network capacity for home use. With four high‑performance external antennas and beamforming support, it extends stable Wi‑Fi coverage across multiple rooms. The router supports WPA3 security, universal ISP authentication methods common in Europe (including L2TP and PPTP), and TP‑Link OneMesh™ for seamless whole‑home Wi‑Fi.

Advantages

Wi‑Fi 6 increases throughput and efficiency with 1024‑QAM and an improved symbol rate, enabling faster transfers and better multi‑device performance. OFDMA lets many clients share the band simultaneously, lowering latency and jitter for gaming and streaming. OneMesh compatibility makes it easy to expand coverage without signal drops, while WPA3 enhances wireless encryption and protection against brute‑force attacks. The router also supports easy setup via the Tether app or web interface, automatic OTA firmware updates, parental controls and new‑device connection notifications.

How to use

Connect the Archer AX23 to your modem and power it on. Use the Tether mobile app (Android/iOS) or the router web interface to complete the guided setup in minutes: select your internet type, enter ISP credentials if required (supports L2TP/PPTP and other common methods), name your wireless networks and set passwords. Place the router centrally and orient the external antennas for best coverage; add OneMesh‑compatible extenders if you need whole‑home coverage.

Recommendations

Enable WPA3 and automatic OTA firmware updates to maintain security. Use parental controls to restrict inappropriate content and configure new‑device notifications to monitor unknown connections. For larger homes, add OneMesh devices to eliminate dead zones and ensure uninterrupted roaming.
