Takzaag Silky KSI635036 36 cm roestvrij staal zwart

The Silky KSI635036 pruning saw features a 36 cm stainless steel straight blade and a compact folding design that delivers fast, controlled cuts for pruning and light tree work. With a 70 mm blade width and an overall length of 765 mm when open, this saw is built for efficient strokes on trunks and branches where a handheld alternative to a chainsaw is preferred.

Advantages

The straight 36 cm stainless steel blade cuts on the pull stroke for natural, low-effort sawing and precise control. The blade folds and locks with a push-button mechanism and offers two sawing positions. A large rubber handle provides a secure, comfortable two-handed grip and includes a lanyard/carabiner hole for easy carry. Compact and lightweight, the saw fits into a backpack and is permitted or practical where chainsaw use is restricted.

Suitable for

• Pruning shrubs and small trees
• Cutting moderate-diameter trunks and branches
• Garden and landscaping maintenance
• Use in areas where chainsaws are not allowed or practical

How to use

Unlock the blade using the locking button, open to the desired sawing position and ensure the lock engages. Grip the rubber handle with both hands for increased stability and use long pull strokes to cut through wood; the blade cuts on the pull stroke for greater control and reduced effort. After use, fold the blade back until it locks and store the saw in a protective sheath or secure compartment in your pack.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate hand protection and eye protection when sawing. Use steady, controlled pull strokes and avoid twisting the blade. Keep the blade clean and dry and sharpen or replace it as needed to maintain cutting efficiency.
