Vivolink PROUSBCAMM12.5 USB-kabel USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) 12,5 m USB C USB A zwart

Vivolink PROUSBCAMM12.5 is a 12.5 m USB cable with USB 3.2 Gen 1 performance designed for connecting cameras, video bars and conference equipment in meeting rooms. The cable features a USB-C connector on one end and a USB-A connector on the other, with an internal converter that supports both USB 3.0 (5 Gbit/s) and USB 2.0 modes for compatibility with a range of host devices and hubs. It is compatible with Logitech products and other conference peripherals that require long-reach wired connections.

Advantages

The cable provides high-speed data transfer up to 5 Gbit/s over a 12.5 m length while maintaining backward compatibility with USB 2.0 devices. Its USB-C to USB-A configuration simplifies connection between modern conference equipment and existing PCs or hubs. The integrated converter enables reliable compatibility with devices that expect either USB-C or USB-A endpoints.

Suitable for

• Connecting USB-C cameras to PCs or hubs with USB-A ports
• Linking video bars and conference room equipment over extended distances
• Integrating Logitech and other USB video peripherals into meeting-room setups

How to use

Connect the USB-C end to the conference camera, video bar or other USB-C-equipped peripheral, and plug the USB-A end into a PC or USB hub. If the host supports USB 3.x, the cable will operate at up to 5 Gbit/s; if not, it will fall back to USB 2.0 speeds for compatibility. Ensure secure seating of connectors and avoid sharp bends along the cable run to maintain signal integrity over the 12.5 m length.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, route the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and avoid running it parallel to power cables. If you experience reduced throughput, verify host and device USB port versions and check connector seating. Use with compatible conference devices such as Logitech cameras and video bars for reliable long-distance USB connectivity.
