Vivolink PROUSBCMMS4 USB-kabel USB 3.2 Gen 2 (3.1 Gen 2) 4 m USB C zwart

The Vivolink PROUSBCMMS4 is a 4 m USB-C cable with USB 3.2 Gen 2 performance that supports data rates up to 20 Gbps and power delivery up to 100 W. One end features a screw-lock USB-C connector for a secure mechanical connection while the other end is a standard reversible USB-C connector. The cable transmits video, audio, data and power and supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode, DP1.4, MST and DisplayLink where compatible.

Advantages

The screw-lock connector provides a reliable physical lock to prevent accidental disconnection, while reversible USB-C plugs ensure easy, hassle-free insertion. With USB 3.2 Gen 2 bandwidth and up to 100 W power delivery, the cable is suitable for fast data transfer and charging of phones, external drives and most laptops. The 4 m length offers extended reach for flexible device placement and the black finish fits professional environments.

How to use

Connect the screw-lock USB-C end to the device that requires a secure mechanical connection and tighten the locking ring until it seats. Plug the other reversible USB-C end into the host or peripheral device. For video transmission, ensure both devices support DisplayPort Alt Mode or DisplayLink. For charging, confirm the source and sink support the negotiated power level; the cable will carry up to 100 W if both ends and the power adapter allow it.

Recommendations

Do not overtighten the screw-lock connector; hand-tighten until secure. Use with devices that explicitly support the required modes (DisplayPort Alt Mode, DP1.4 or DisplayLink) for video. Avoid sharp bends and excessive strain near the connectors to maintain performance and longevity.
