ACT grijs 0,5 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6-patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

ACT CAT6 patch cable FB9000 in grey, 0.5 m length, is a shielded SFTP cable with LSZH jacket and RJ45 connectors designed for reliable data transmission in short-distance connections. The cable supports Ethernet at 10/100/1000 Mbps and is also suitable for xDSL, telephony, ISDN, T1, ATM (155/633 Mbps), 100 VG AnyLAN, broadband video up to 550 MHz and serial applications, providing a certified medium for mixed networking environments.

Advantages

The ACT FB9000 CAT6 patch cable features an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket for reduced toxic emissions in case of fire and SFTP shielding for improved protection against electromagnetic interference. Its short 0.5 m length is practical for connecting devices in dense rack or desktop setups, while shielded RJ45 terminations ensure stable gigabit performance and compatibility with a wide range of network equipment.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections between switches, patch panels and devices in server racks or desktop setups
• Ethernet networks at 10/100/1000 Mbps
• xDSL, telephony and ISDN lines requiring RJ45 termination
• T1, ATM (155/633 Mbps) and 100 VG AnyLAN environments
• Broadband video transmission up to 550 MHz and serial application links

How to use

Connect one RJ45 connector to the network port of a switch, patch panel or device and the other end to the corresponding port on the target device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Use the 0.5 m length for short-distance links where cable slack should be minimized; avoid sharp bends or crushing the cable to maintain shielding and signal integrity.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this shielded CAT6 SFTP cable in environments where EMI protection and low-smoke materials are preferred. Verify compatible shielding grounding on connected equipment when deploying in high-interference installations, and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines.
