ACT Grijs 1,5 meter LSZH U/UTP CAT6 patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Grey 1.5m LSZH U/UTP CAT6 RJ45 patch cable provides a reliable short‑range network connection for home and office equipment. It uses U/UTP CAT6 construction with AWG 24 conductors, gold‑plated RJ45 contacts and an LSZH sheath for reduced smoke and halogen emission in case of fire. The cable has a 250 MHz bandwidth and a neutral grey (Pantone Cool Grey 8C) colour, and its 1.5 m length is suitable for tight installations where a compact, high‑performance link is required.

Advantages

The cable combines CAT6 performance (250 MHz) with AWG 24 conductors and gold‑plated RJ45 connectors to ensure consistent signal transmission and reduced contact corrosion. The LSZH sheath minimises toxic smoke and halogen release for improved safety in confined environments. Compact 1.5 m length reduces cable clutter and is convenient for rack, desk or media‑player connections.

Suitable for

• Short links between switches, patch panels and workstations
• Connecting PCs, VoIP phones, printers and networked media devices
• Environments where low smoke and halogen materials are required

How to use

Insert the RJ45 plug firmly into the network port of your device or switch until it clicks. Use the 1.5 m cable to connect nearby devices such as desktop computers, monitors with network interfaces, VoIP phones or patch panels. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling; route the cable without kinks and secure it with cable ties if needed to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep total link length within standards for CAT6 installations and avoid running the cable parallel to high‑voltage power lines to reduce electromagnetic interference. Inspect connectors for contamination before use and replace the cable if the sheath or contacts are damaged.
