ACT Oranje 15 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patchkabel rastnasenfrei met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Orange 15 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable is a 15 m network cable with snagless RJ45 connectors and gold-plated contacts. Its S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for stable high-speed data transmission. The cable jacket is made of LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) material, which lowers the risk of toxic gas emissions in poorly ventilated environments in case of fire or thermal damage.

Advantages

LSZH jacket reduces smoke and halogen emissions compared with PVC, improving safety in confined or poorly ventilated spaces. S/FTP shielding provides enhanced protection against external interference and crosstalk. Snagless RJ45 connectors and gold-plated contacts ensure reliable connections and corrosion resistance. The 15 m length offers flexibility when connecting devices across rooms or larger workspaces.

Suitable for

• Home and small office network connections
• Server rooms and network cabinets where reduced interference is required
• Environments with limited ventilation such as public transport or enclosed equipment racks
• High-speed Ethernet connections up to CAT6A performance

How to use

Connect one RJ45 connector to a network device (switch, router, NIC) and the other connector to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain; maintain minimum bend radius recommended for CAT6A cables. For optimal performance, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as large motors or mains transformers.

Recommendations

Use this LSZH S/FTP CAT6A patch cable in installations where reduced smoke and halogen emissions are preferred. Verify compatibility with your network equipment and avoid excessive bending, kinking, or crushing to maintain signal integrity and shielding effectiveness.
