ACT oranje 7 meter U/UTP CAT6-patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Orange 7 meter U/UTP CAT6 patch cable with RJ-45 connectors is a 7 m networking cable designed for fast Ethernet connections. It uses U/UTP CAT6 construction with AWG#24 conductors, PVC sheath and high-quality RJ45 plugs plated with 50 µin gold. The cable is orange (RAL 2000) for easy identification in racks and cabling runs.

Advantages

This CAT6 patch cable supports bandwidth up to 250 MHz and is built with U/UTP CAT6 pairs and AWG#24 conductors to ensure reliable signal transmission for typical Ethernet and network applications. Gold-plated contacts reduce oxidation and improve long-term conductivity. The 7 m length provides flexibility for home and office setups while the bright orange sheath eases cable management.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers in home or office networks
• Patch panels and structured cabling where visible identification is needed
• Ethernet applications up to CAT6 performance

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7 m
• Cable type: U/UTP CAT6
• Bandwidth: 250 MHz
• Conductors: AWG#24
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Contacts: 50 µin gold plating
• Sheath: PVC
• Colour: Orange (RAL 2000)

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of your device and the other to a switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are firmly inserted until they click to secure the connection. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines to minimise interference.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this U/UTP CAT6 patch cable within typical Ethernet environments and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or mechanical strain. Maintain slack for reconfiguration and label both ends if used in larger patch panels for easier identification.
