ACT rood 3 meter U/UTP CAT6-patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Red 3 meter U/UTP CAT6 patch cable (model IB8503) is a 3 m network cable with AWG#24 conductors and a PVC sheath. It uses standard RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts and supports frequencies up to 250 MHz to accommodate high-speed Ethernet connections while maintaining signal integrity. The cable is finished in RAL 3031 red and is intended for structured cabling and patching between Ethernet devices.

Advantages

The cable provides a balance of flexibility and durability thanks to its PVC sheath and stranded AWG#24 conductors. Gold-plated RJ45 contacts reduce contact resistance and help ensure reliable signal transmission. With U/UTP CAT6 specification and 250 MHz bandwidth, the patch cable supports gigabit networking and common office or data center applications. The red colour (RAL 3031) helps with visual identification and cable management.

Suitable for

• Patch panels and switches
• Workstation connections
• LAN installations in offices and data rooms
• Temporary or permanent network patching

How to use

Plug one RJ45 connector into the network port of your switch, router or patch panel and the other into the target device or another patch port. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension. For structured cabling, label each end according to your rack or equipment scheme to simplify identification.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and maintain bend radii greater than the cable diameter. Use the red colour to mark specific VLANs or critical links when organising cabling in racks or patch panels.
