Audiokabel ShiverPeaks BS06-181006 100m wit

The ShiverPeaks BS06-181006 audio cable is a 100 m white run of Copper-Clad Aluminium (CCA) conductor designed for audio and A/V installations where long cable runs are required. With flexible insulation and a neutral white finish, this cable supports reliable analog audio transmission and can be routed through ceilings, walls, or along skirting boards in residential, commercial, or event spaces.

Advantages

The CCA construction balances conductivity and cost, providing a lightweight alternative to pure copper while maintaining suitable signal integrity for many audio applications. The 100 m length reduces the need for joins in extended installations, and the white outer jacket offers a discreet appearance in light-colored interiors. The absence of pre-attached connectors allows custom termination to match existing equipment or professional-grade connectors.

Suitable for

• Long-distance analog audio runs in venues, studios, or homes
• Fixed installations behind walls, ceilings, or in cable ducts
• Temporary event setups where extended cable length is required
• Custom-terminated connections to mixers, amplifiers, speakers, or patch panels

Key specifications

• Conductor material: Copper-Clad Aluminium (CCA)
• Length: 100 m
• Color: White outer jacket
• Type: Unterminated audio cable (no connectors attached)

How to use

Measure and plan the cable route to minimize interference and avoid running parallel to power lines when possible. Cut the needed length and strip the outer jacket and conductors according to the connector or terminal specifications you intend to use. Terminate the cable with the appropriate connectors or solder directly to equipment terminals, ensuring secure mechanical and electrical connections. Test the run for continuity and noise before finalizing mounts or concealment.

Recommendations

For best results, use this cable in low-to-medium signal level analog audio paths and avoid routing close to high-voltage power cables to reduce potential interference. If maximum conductivity is required for critical professional audio applications, consider using pure copper alternatives. Store the reel in a dry, stable environment and avoid tight bends that exceed the manufacturer's minimum bend radius when installing.
