Devolo WiFi 6 Repeater 5400 netwerkrepeater 5400 Mbit/s dualband

The Devolo WiFi 6 Repeater 5400 extends wireless coverage and improves throughput by combining Wi‑Fi 6 technology with dual‑band operation. With a maximum theoretical combined data rate of up to 5400 Mbit/s, internal antennas and two Gigabit Ethernet ports, this network repeater is designed to fill dead zones and provide stable wired and wireless connections across a home or small office. The compact white enclosure and moderate weight make it suitable for wall outlets without obstructing nearby sockets.

Advantages

The device supports Wi‑Fi 6 features that increase capacity and efficiency for multiple connected devices, while dual‑band operation enables simultaneous 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz coverage for compatibility and speed. Two Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports allow reliable wired connections for smart TVs, game consoles or desktop PCs. Internal antennas provide a neat installation without extra external elements.

Suitable for

• Extending wireless coverage in multi‑room homes and apartments
• Improving Wi‑Fi performance for streaming and online gaming
• Providing wired network access for devices through Gigabit Ethernet
• Reducing dead zones in small offices and workspaces

Key specifications

• Wireless standard: Wi‑Fi 6 (802.11ax) dual‑band operation
• Maximum combined data rate: up to 5400 Mbit/s
• Ethernet: 2 × Gigabit LAN (RJ‑45) ports
• Antennas: internal
• Colour: white
• Weight: 0.396 kg

How to use

Plug the repeater into a power outlet within range of your existing Wi‑Fi router and follow the manufacturer's setup procedure to connect it to your network. Use the setup app or web interface to select the router's SSID and enter the password, choose desired band settings, and apply security options. For devices requiring a stable wired connection, connect them to one of the two Gigabit Ethernet ports. Position the repeater midway between the router and the area with weak signal for best coverage while avoiding physical obstructions and sources of interference.

Recommendations

Place the repeater in an open area away from large metal objects and microwave ovens; update firmware when updates become available, and use the 5 GHz band for high‑bandwidth activities while reserving 2.4 GHz for longer range and legacy devices.
