Ethernet-kabel ProXtend CAT6 RJ-45 7M Geel

The ProXtend CAT6 U/UTP CCA Ethernet Cable (7 m) with RJ-45 connectors uses copper-clad aluminum (CCA) conductors with AWG 26 to offer a cost-effective network connection. The cable features a PVC jacket in yellow for easy identification and gold-plated contacts to improve connector reliability. It supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks and provides a data transfer rate up to 1000 Mbit/s.

Advantages

The cable combines CCA conductors and AWG 26 construction to reduce cost while maintaining compatibility with CAT6 standards. Strain relief and latch protection on the RJ-45 connectors increase mechanical durability during installation and use. The yellow PVC jacket simplifies cable management and identification in patch panels and network racks.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections for desktops, laptops and network devices
• Home and small office networks supporting Gigabit Ethernet
• Patch panels and wall ports where visible cable identification is useful

Key specifications

• Length: 7 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Conductor: Copper-clad aluminum (CCA), AWG 26
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Jacket: PVC, colour Yellow
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Weight: 0.16 kg

How to use

Connect each RJ-45 connector to the network port of your device and to a switch, router or wall outlet supporting Ethernet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; use the built-in strain relief to reduce stress at the connector ends.

Recommendations

For optimal performance in Gigabit networks, keep cable runs within recommended length limits for Ethernet and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines. Use this CCA cable for cost-sensitive installations; for mission-critical links or longer runs consider solid copper CAT6 cables.
