Ethernetkabel ProXtend CAT6 RJ-45 1,5 m geel

The ProXtend CAT6 F/UTP CCA Ethernet Cable is a 1.5 m yellow network cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Constructed with copper-clad aluminum (CCA) conductors of AWG 26, the cable provides an economical solution for Gigabit Ethernet connections and includes a foil screen (F/UTP) to reduce electromagnetic interference. Gold-plated contacts and reinforced strain relief with latch protection improve durability and secure installation.

Advantages

This CAT6 F/UTP cable offers Gigabit (1000 Mbit/s) data transfer capability and shielded protection against EMI thanks to its foil screening. The use of copper-clad aluminum conductors keeps costs and weight low while maintaining compatibility with standard RJ-45 ports. Gold-plated contacts and reinforced strain relief increase contact reliability and reduce wear during repeated plug/unplug cycles.

Suitable for

• Home and small office wired networks
• Connecting desktops, switches, routers and NAS devices
• Short to medium cable runs up to typical in-room distances (1.5 m)

Key specifications

• Length: 1.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 – RJ-45
• Cabling standard: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Conductor type: Copper-clad aluminum (CCA), AWG 26
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil screen)
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Colour: Yellow
• Weight: 0.057 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (PC, switch, router or NAS) and the other RJ-45 end to the destination device or network port. Ensure connectors click into place with the latch protection engaged. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; the reinforced strain relief helps prevent damage at connector ends.

Recommendations

Use this ProXtend CAT6 F/UTP CCA cable for short indoor runs where cost-efficiency is a priority. Avoid outdoor exposure, prolonged bending near connector ends, and installation in environments that require pure copper conductors or outdoor-rated jackets. For critical or long-distance installations, consider full copper (AWG 23/24) CAT6 or higher-spec cables.
