Ethernetkabel ProXtend CAT6 RJ-45 U/UTP 15 m geel

The ProXtend CAT6 U/UTP CU LSZH Ethernet Cable (15 m) with RJ-45 connectors is designed for reliable gigabit network connections. Constructed with 99.9% pure copper strands and AWG 24, the cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks and is compatible with Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+). The outer jacket is made of LSZH material to reduce smoke and toxic gases in case of fire, and the cable is available in a high-visibility yellow color.

Advantages

The cable combines 99.9% pure copper conductors and AWG 24 to ensure stable signal transmission at gigabit speeds. A strain relief and snagless latch protection increase durability and ease of installation. RJ-45 connectors feature 50µ"U gold plating for improved contact quality and longevity, offering higher throughput compared with standard metal connectors. The U/UTP construction minimizes external interference for consistent performance in typical office and home network environments.

Suitable for

• Wired gigabit Ethernet networks (10/100/1000Base-T)
• PoE+ deployments (IP cameras, VoIP phones, access points)
• Office, server room and home network cabling
• Environments requiring low-smoke, zero-halogen cable jacket

Key specifications

• Length: 15 m
• Conductor: 99.9% pure copper, AWG 24
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair with overall unshielded)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, 50µ"U gold plating
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Supports: PoE+
• Outer jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Color: Yellow

How to use

Route the Ethernet cable between network devices, ensuring connectors are fully inserted into RJ-45 ports until the latch clicks. Use strain relief and avoid sharp bends or kinks; maintain bend radius recommended by standard cabling practice to preserve signal integrity. For installations involving PoE+, verify that connected devices and switches support PoE+ and that power budgets meet device requirements.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-voltage power lines or large electrical equipment to reduce potential interference; secure the cable with appropriate clips and maintain proper bend radius during installation.
