Tefal Pro Express Vision GV9821 3000 W 1,2 L Durilium AirGlide Autoclean strijkzool zwart, zilver

The Tefal Pro Express Vision GV9821 is a steam generator iron designed for efficient home use and frequent ironing tasks. It delivers 3000 W of power and a powerful steam boost up to 800 g/min for intensive de-wrinkling. The appliance includes a 1.2 L removable water tank and a Durilium AirGlide Autoclean soleplate engineered to provide smooth gliding over fabrics while reducing the need for frequent maintenance. Compact dimensions and a total weight of 6.45 kg make the unit stable during use yet manageable for storage and handling.

Advantages

The high continuous power and steam output enable faster smoothing of creases on large and stubborn garments. The Durilium AirGlide Autoclean soleplate combines excellent glide with an easy-clean finish to maintain performance over time. A 1.2 L tank reduces refill frequency for extended ironing sessions, and the vertical steam function allows refreshing hanging garments and drapes without an ironing board. The included 1.6 m cord provides flexibility during use.

Suitable for

• Regular household ironing of shirts, trousers, dresses and bed linen
• Refreshing suits, jackets and delicate fabrics using vertical steam
• Large laundry loads that require continuous steam and fewer refills
• Users who prefer a stable, performance-focused steam generator iron

How to use

Fill the removable 1.2 L water tank with clean tap water according to the maximum fill mark, secure it in place, and connect the unit to a power outlet. Allow the appliance to heat up; the ready indicator will show when full steam is available. For flat ironing, set the iron to the appropriate fabric temperature and glide the Durilium AirGlide Autoclean soleplate over the garment while applying continuous steam as needed. For vertical steaming, hold the iron upright at a safe distance from the fabric and use short bursts or continuous steam to remove creases without contact. After use, switch off and unplug the unit, empty any remaining water if recommended by the manufacturer, and store once cooled.

Recommendations

Use distilled or demineralised water if your water supply is hard to reduce scale build-up. Regularly follow the manufacturer's maintenance instructions for descaling and cleaning the soleplate to preserve steam performance and glide. When steaming delicate fabrics, test a small inconspicuous area first and keep the iron moving to avoid concentrated heat exposure.
