USB-kabel VivoLink PROUSBCMMS7.5 7,5 m USB 2.0 Type-C

The VivoLink PROUSBCMMS7.5 is a 7.5 m USB-C cable that combines a screw-lock connector on one end with a standard USB-C connector on the other. It transmits video, audio, data and power, supports data rates up to 20 Gbps and can deliver up to 100 W of power for charging phones, external drives and most laptops. The reversible USB-C connectors simplify insertion and the cable is intended for reliable, high-performance connections between USB-C equipped devices, supporting DisplayLink, DisplayPort 1.4, MST and Alt Mode.

Advantages

The cable provides a secure mechanical connection via a screw-lock on one end while retaining the convenience of a standard USB-C connector on the opposite end. It supports high data throughput and high-power charging up to 100 W, and transmits video and audio formats including DisplayPort 1.4 and DisplayLink. The 7.5 m length increases placement flexibility for devices that need to be connected at a distance.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops, docking stations or monitors where a secure, locked connection is required on one end
• Transmitting video and audio signals using DisplayPort 1.4, Alt Mode or DisplayLink
• Charging and powering phones, external drives and most laptops up to 100 W
• Setups that require longer cable runs — presentations, meeting rooms or workstations

How to use

Insert the screw-lock USB-C connector into the device that requires a secured connection and tighten the screw mechanism until the connector is fixed. Plug the standard reversible USB-C connector into the second device. Ensure both connected devices support the required video/data modes (DisplayPort Alt Mode, DisplayLink, MST) if video transmission is needed. For charging, verify the source can provide up to 100 W and that the sink accepts the negotiated power level.

Recommendations

Use the screw-lock end for devices where accidental disconnection must be prevented. Avoid excessive bending near the connectors and keep the cable away from sharp edges. For reliable video performance, confirm both devices support the same display mode (DP1.4, MST or DisplayLink).
