Vivolink PRODP7.5 DisplayPort-kabel 7,5 m zwart

The Vivolink PRODP7.5 is a 7.5 m DisplayPort cable designed for high-quality video and audio transmission between devices such as monitors, projectors and computers. It supports 4K resolution at 60 Hz, has two DisplayPort connectors and complies with RoHS standards. The cable has an 8 mm diameter, a flexible construction for a small bending radius and a black finish; net weight is approximately 0.4 kg.

Advantages

The cable provides stable 4K@60Hz signal transmission over long distances and is constructed to maintain signal integrity in professional AV installations. Its enhanced flexibility allows easier routing and installation in confined spaces. Compliance with RoHS ensures it meets common environmental and safety requirements.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs or laptops to monitors supporting DisplayPort
• Linking computers to projectors for presentations
• Professional AV setups requiring reliable long-distance DisplayPort connections

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7.5 m
• Connectors: DisplayPort to DisplayPort
• Supported resolution/refresh rate: up to 4K (3840×2160) at 60 Hz
• Diameter: 8 mm
• Weight: 0.4 kg
• Colour: Black
• Compliance: RoHS

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort connector to the video output on your computer or source device and the other connector to the DisplayPort input on your monitor or projector. Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display resolution and refresh rate in the operating system or display settings to the desired 4K@60Hz if supported. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and pinch points to preserve the cable's internal shielding and reduce signal loss.

Recommendations

For best results in professional installations, avoid running the DisplayPort cable parallel to high-power electrical cables and use gentle curves rather than tight bends. If using long cable runs in a rack or ceiling, secure the cable with appropriate clips and check connector seating to prevent signal interruptions.
