Vivolink PRODPOP40 DisplayPort-kabel 40 m zwart

Vivolink PRODPOP40 is an optical DisplayPort 1.4 cable designed for long-distance transmission of high-resolution video and audio. The cable supports up to 8K@60Hz and combines a slim, flexible 4–5 mm construction with a 40 m length to connect displays, projectors or video processors where extended distance and signal integrity are required.

Advantages

The optical design maintains signal quality over long runs while keeping electromagnetic interference low. Its slim and ultra-flexible construction allows a small bending radius for easier routing in tight spaces. Compliance with DisplayPort 1.4 ensures support for high bandwidth features up to 8K@60Hz. The cable is lightweight for its length and comes with standard DisplayPort connectors on both ends.

Suitable for

• Connecting 8K or 4K displays and professional projectors over long distances
• Installation in auditoriums, lecture halls and conference rooms
• AV production setups and digital signage where signal integrity is critical

Key specifications

• Standard: DisplayPort 1.4 optical cable
• Maximum resolution: 8K @ 60Hz
• Length: 40 m
• Connectors: DisplayPort to DisplayPort
• Cable diameter: ~4–5 mm (slim, ultra-flexible)
• Colour: Black
• Weight: 0.7 kg

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort connector to the source device (PC, media player, or video processor) and the other to the display or projector. Ensure connectors are fully seated. Power on the source and display, then configure the display settings on the source device to the desired resolution and refresh rate (for example 8K@60Hz if supported). Route the slim cable along cable channels or mounting paths, avoiding sharp bends and excessive tension.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid tight bends below the cable's minimum bending radius, keep the optical cable away from strong mechanical strain, and verify that both source and display support DisplayPort 1.4 features required for 8K@60Hz operation.
