Vivolink PROHDMIDVI3 videokabel-adapter 3 m HDMI DVI-D zwart

The Vivolink PROHDMIDVI3 is a 3 m active video cable adapter with HDMI to DVI‑D connectors, designed for reliable high‑definition video transmission between HDMI sources and DVI‑D displays. The cable meets RoHS and CEC requirements and has a 6 mm diameter and lightweight construction (68 g), making it suitable for installations where flexibility and compact routing are needed. It supports long distances and a limited bending radius while maintaining signal integrity.

Advantages

The active design enables stable signal transmission over extended lengths up to 20 m, while the ultra‑flexible 6 mm cable allows routing in tight spaces. Compliance with RoHS and CEC ensures environmental and compatibility standards are met. Lightweight construction simplifies handling and installation.

Suitable for

• Connecting an HDMI source (laptop, media player, set‑top box) to a DVI‑D monitor or projector
• Home theater or office video connections where a short, flexible adapter is required
• Installations requiring a compact cable with a small bending radius

How to use

Connect the HDMI end to the output of your source device and the DVI‑D end to the input of your display. Ensure both devices are powered on and set to the correct input/output. The cable is bi‑directional for video signals between HDMI and DVI‑D; audio may not be carried to DVI‑D displays unless the display supports audio input separately. Route the cable avoiding extreme sharp bends to preserve the limited bending radius and maintain signal quality.

Recommendations

For best results in longer runs, avoid tight coils and keep the cable away from high‑power electrical cables or strong electromagnetic sources. Verify display input compatibility and adjust output resolution on the source device if the image does not appear immediately.
