Vivolink PROUSBCAMM15 USB-kabel USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) 15 m USB C USB A zwart

The Vivolink PROUSBCAMM15 is a 15 m USB cable with a USB-C connector on one end and a USB-A connector on the other. It implements USB 3.2 Gen 1 (also known as 3.1 Gen 1) technology and supports data transfer rates up to 5 Gbit/s. The cable is intended for reliable connectivity between conference equipment, cameras, video bars and PCs or hubs where a USB-C to USB-A connection is required.

Advantages

This 15 m USB cable provides high-speed data transfer up to 5 Gbit/s while supporting backward compatibility with USB 2.0. The integrated converter supports USB-C to USB-A connections, enabling direct connection of conference cameras and video devices to PCs or hubs. Its length allows placement of cameras and video bars at a distance from the host device without loss of signal capability, and the black jacket offers discreet installation in meeting rooms.

Suitable for

• Connecting conference room cameras to a PC or USB hub
• Connecting video bars and AV equipment to hosts with USB-A
• Extending USB-C device reach when only USB-A ports are available

How to use

Connect the USB-C end of the Vivolink PROUSBCAMM15 to the USB-C port on the camera, video bar or conference device. Plug the USB-A end into a PC or USB hub. Ensure both devices are powered on and allow the host to recognise the connected device — drivers may install automatically. If the connected device or host supports only USB 2.0, the cable will operate at the lower USB 2.0 speed.

Recommendations

For stable video and audio transmission in meeting rooms, avoid sharp bends and kinks in the cable and keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use quality USB hubs or host ports that support USB 3.2 Gen 1 to achieve the full 5 Gbit/s data rate.
