Audiokabel ProXtend M3F2XRCA-002 — 3-polig (mini-XLR) naar 2× RCA, 1,5 m

ProXtend M3F2XRCA-002 is a 1.5 m audio cable that converts a 3‑pin mini XLR connection to two RCA plugs. It is intended to link professional audio sources equipped with a mini XLR output to consumer or studio devices with left and right RCA inputs. The cable provides a straightforward wired solution for transferring an unbalanced stereo signal from mixers, microphones with mini XLR outputs, preamps or other professional gear to stereo recorders, amplifiers and consumer audio interfaces.

Advantages

This cable offers a compact and durable connection option with a flexible jacket that supports repeated setup and teardown in studio or live environments. The 3‑pin mini XLR to dual RCA termination enables clear channel separation for left and right signals without additional adapters. Designed for straightforward signal routing, the cable reduces the need for intermediate converters and keeps the signal path simple and reliable.

Suitable for

• Connecting mixers or preamps with a mini XLR output to stereo recorders or amplifiers with RCA inputs
• Recording setups where a professional source needs to feed consumer-level inputs
• Home studios that require linking broadcast-style microphones or compact gear to RCA-equipped devices
• Temporary live or field setups requiring a short, direct cable between mini XLR and RCA

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Connector A: 3‑pin mini XLR (male)
• Connector B: 2 × RCA (male), left and right channels
• Signal type: Unbalanced analog audio, stereo via two RCA
• Outer jacket: Flexible PVC (suitable for studio and portable use)

How to use

Plug the 3‑pin mini XLR connector into the source device's mini XLR output, ensuring a secure and correctly oriented connection. Insert the RCA plugs into the corresponding left (white) and right (red) inputs on the destination device. Keep cable runs short and avoid running alongside high‑current power cables to reduce potential interference. If the source provides a balanced output, verify whether the device expects a direct unbalanced connection; use appropriate preamps or DI boxes if level or grounding adjustments are required.

Recommendations

For best performance, route the cable away from mains wiring and high‑frequency transmitters. Inspect connectors periodically for wear and ensure firm seating during sessions. When connecting professional balanced outputs to unbalanced RCA inputs, check levels and grounding to avoid hum or signal loss.
