Vivolink PROADRING - LOCK NUT kabelklem metaalkleurig 1 stk.

The VivoLink PROADRING LOCK NUT cable clamp is a compact metallic clamp intended for reliable cable management and fixation. Manufactured from durable metal, the clamp provides mechanical strength for holding cables in place. Its compact dimensions (0.1 mm width, depth and height as specified) make it suitable for installations where space is limited. The package contains one piece, enabling use for single-point fastening or as a spare component in larger assemblies.

Advantages

The metallic construction offers durability and resistance to deformation under typical mechanical loads. The clamp's compact size allows installation in confined spaces and integration into pre-existing cable routing systems. Supplied as a single unit, it is convenient for targeted maintenance tasks or small installations where only one clamp is required. The design is intended to provide a secure hold for cables while minimizing the clamp's footprint.

Suitable for

• Securing individual cables in equipment enclosures or junction boxes
• Fastening cables in tight or constrained spaces
• Replacement or spare part use in cable management assemblies

Key specifications

• Material: metallic construction for mechanical strength
• Dimensions: 0.1 mm width, 0.1 mm depth, 0.1 mm height (compact profile)
• Package contents: 1 piece

How to use

Position the clamp around the cable or cable bundle at the desired fastening point and secure it according to the mechanical fastening method appropriate for the installation (for example, by threading to a compatible mounting point or seating within a matching bracket). Ensure the clamp is fitted so it holds the cable without pinching or damaging the insulation. Verify the fastening is stable and that there is no undue stress on the cable at the clamp location.

Recommendations

Use the clamp in applications where a small, metallic fastening element is sufficient; avoid using it on cables with very large diameters or where cushioning is required. Inspect the clamp and the cable insulation after installation for any signs of compression or abrasion and replace the clamp if deformation occurs.
